Bulk Fiber

Tekfiber Cast Ceramic Fibers are raw products produced from high purity Alumina, silica and zircon raw materials.

Thanks to the high technology used in its production, it has a low rate of shot (non-fibrous product). Thanks to this, it has fibers with high strength.

They are used in the production of insulation materials made of ceramic fibers such as blankets, plates, paper, textile products.

It is also used as an insulation material in industrial furnaces for filling joint gaps or filling gaps behind other materials.

It is produced in two different forms as lubricated and non-lubricated and in different fiber lengths. Lubricated fibers are used for insulation purposes, and non- lubricated fibers are used in the production of other insulation materials by the wet method.
